Objective

This January, we’re taking “New Year, New Me” far too literally.
For the first prompt of the year, we’re leaning into the season of reinvention… and then pushing it way too far.
Imagine you’ve been hired by a yoga studio that doesn’t just promise mindfulness or flexibility, it promises full spiritual rebirth by January 31st.
Yes, rebirth. As in:
  • Shed your past self like last year’s gym membership
  • Emerge renewed, glowing, and mildly unrecognisable
  • Become the person your horoscope keeps insisting you are
Your mission: Create an ad that sells inner peace like it’s a limited-edition drop.
It should feel calming… but also slightly concerning. Like a wellness cult with excellent typography. Just keep it earnest, dramatic, and spiritually unhinged (in a tasteful way).



Creative Task

Use Pencil’s tools to build a concept for a yoga studio that takes transformation a little too seriously.
Any format works: poster, video, billboard, OOH, TikTok, carousel, meme — if GenAI can make it, it counts.
Focus on:
  • A clear creative angle
  • Strong visual storytelling
  • A calming-but-unsettling tone
  • January-level obsession with self-reinvention
Show your creative process however you like how you explored ideas, refined prompts, and pushed Pencil into beautifully strange territory.

  • Originality & creativity
  • Clarity of the idea
  • Visual and emotional impact
  • How thoughtfully you used AI during exploration
