Multi-Select Export Across Media Types
You can now export a mixed selection of ads, display ads, variations, text, sheets, etc. in a single action from Canvas, the Files page or Brief Mode, instead of exporting one media type at a time. The export dialog adapts to what you've selected. Media types that share options, like Ads and Variations, are set up together in one section, and types with different options get their own, each keeping today's file types and compression levels.
Sheets (XLSX) and voice-overs (MP3) can now be exported from a multi-selection, not only by opening each item.
Items that can't be exported, like Brief Mode deliverables still awaiting approval or items you don't have permission to export, are skipped instead of blocking the whole batch, and you're told what was left out and why. Previously, one unapproved deliverable in a Brief Mode selection disabled Export entirely.
Single media type exports work exactly as before.
👥 Who it's for:
Teams handing off campaigns that mix ads, display ads, variations, text, sheets and voice-overs, and for anyone who multi-selects files on Canvas, the Files page or Brief Mode.
