Analyze Performance with Targeted Data Views

Customize Your Work View with Granular Scores

Overview

The Work library has evolved from a static list into a dynamic, customizable data table. Instead of relying on a single “Average Score,” users can now break out individual scores into their own columns and tailor the table layout to match their workflow.
With the Edit table menu, users can choose which columns appear, reorder them using drag and drop, and instantly sort assets by any metric—turning the Work library into a powerful analysis surface rather than a simple asset list.

Who it’s for

  • Performance Marketers comparing assets by Media Performance or Engagement
  • Brand Managers monitoring Brand Relevance and compliance
  • Creative teams who want a clean, minimal asset management view
  • Workspace Admins overseeing QC and consistency across campaigns

What’s new

Granular score columns

  • The single, aggregated Scores column has been replaced by individual score properties
  • Users can now display and sort by:
  • Average Score
  • Media Performance
  • Creative Engagement
  • Brand Relevance
  • QC Agent
  • Share of Model
  • Any connected scoring engine

Customizable table layout

  • A new Visible Properties menu lets users:
  • Show or hide columns
  • Reorder columns via drag and drop
  • See changes reflected instantly in the table

Powerful table interactions

  • Score cells display numeric values or clear status indicators when pending or failed
  • The Name column remains fixed and always visible to avoid confusion

Saved personal views

  • Column visibility and order are saved per user
  • The table reloads exactly as users left it across sessions
  • New users start with a sensible default view

Key details and limitations

  • This update focuses on view customization only—no changes were made to scoring logic.
  • Column preferences are user-specific and do not affect other workspace members.
  • Filtering and sorting options will be added in a later release.
  • Wide tables enable horizontal scrolling with the asset name kept visible.
