Weâre excited to introduce Workflows, a new way to connect multiple agents in Pencil into a clear, repeatable sequence of steps so you can go from idea to fully produced output without manually stitching everything together.
Until now, if you wanted to do anything multi-step in Pencil, you had to manage agents one by one: run a task, copy results, move them into the next step, repeat. That made it hard to get consistent results and even harder to scale. Workflows fix this by giving you a visual way to define how agents should work together, in what order, and with which promptsâall in one place. Instead of managing prompts and tasks one at a time, you can now design a repeatable flow that executes your process automatically, with consistency and precision.
Whatâs new
A visual workflow builder where you can connect tasks and agents into a defined sequence.
Drag-and-connect logic to build multi-step processes without technical setup.
Configurable prompts at each step, allowing you to fine-tune how every agent performs.
Reusable workflows that can be run again and again for reliable, high-quality results.
Branching paths so you can explore variations or parallel creative directions within the same workflow.
Why it matters
A lot of real work isnât just ârun one prompt.â Itâs a chain of precise steps: generate, refine, adapt, localize, version, and so on. Workflows let you capture that chain once and let Pencil handle the busywork after that. Instead ofâmanually coordinating multiple agents, repeating the same steps for every campaign or project, hoping you remember how you did it last timeâyou get a clear system that runs the same way every time, so you can focus on the creative decisions, not the mechanics.
What this unlocks
Workflows turn agent orchestration into a simple, visual, repeatable system. Users can design the steps once and let Pencil handle the execution from there. Enabling faster output, more consistency, and the ability to scale complex creative processes with ease.
