Unified Naming Conventions engine now live across Assets, Work, Generations, and Templates 🚀
Teams can define workspace-wide naming rules in Settings, and Pencil will automatically apply them during imports, renames, and duplications, eliminating manual file naming and saving time. Batch renaming and on-the-fly label creation are also supported.
Not yet covered: exports, workflow content, and sheets/feeds, which are planned for upcoming DAM and channel integration work.
🛠️Please test out the new feature! Try creating some custom rules in your settings, run some bulk renames, and share your feedback and report any bugs you may find.
