What's new
Until now, re-running a node replaced its output for good. If the earlier result was better, it was gone, so every regeneration was a gamble. Now every run is kept, so you can iterate freely and go back whenever you want.
See every run of a node
Click Run History next to Run on a node to open a full-screen view of everything it has produced. Runs are listed newest first, and each one shows its outputs, when it ran, and the settings it used (model, variations, resolution, and so on, depending on the node). Browsing changes nothing until you choose to restore.
Restore a previous version
Select a run and click Restore to put its output back on the node, along with the settings that produced it. Downstream nodes are marked as stale, so you know what to re-run, and anyone else in the workflow sees the change live. You can undo a restore: the version you replaced stays in the history, and restored versions are labeled with the run they came from.
A few things to know
- The button appears once a node has been run at least once. History starts from this release.
- Failed runs appear in the history but can't be restored.
