You can now bring designs into Pencil by dropping in a PSD or pasting a Figma link. Nothing to install, no .pencil file to export. It's an upgrade, not a loss. Everything the plug-ins did, native import does in fewer steps, and work already imported through the plug-ins stays as it is.
