Pencil in Practice: Video-to-video generation with Gemini Omni Flash

# Pencil In Practice

One shot, infinite versions. Video-to-video generation takes existing footage and transforms it: new styles, new formats, new creative directions, all from a single source. With Gemini Omni Flash now available in Pencil, this session shows you what that unlocks.

In this live walkthrough, we take video-to-video generation as the territory. From restyling existing footage to adapting one hero asset into multiple creative variants, we explore how Gemini Omni Flash handles transformation, and how to brief it for results that hold up.

You'll learn how to:

Understand what video-to-video generation does and where it fits in your Pencil workflow

Transform existing footage into new visual styles while preserving what matters in the original

Adapt one hero video into multiple variants for different platforms and audiences

Brief for video transformation: what to specify, what to leave open, and what changes the output most

Bring footage. Leave with versions.
