Day 1

A seasonal Dolceria range usually launches with a favourite already picked internally, which is exactly the bias a defined Custom Score exists to challenge. This session builds a Custom Score against Dolceria's own hero-shot criteria, then wraps it in an Agent that runs every candidate through that score automatically — so the choice is made on a consistent standard, not on whoever's loudest in the room.
