Two new video models just landed in the picker.
MiniMax H3 is your go-to for range and resolution. It handles both text-to-video and image-to-video, spans 480P all the way up to 4K, and includes a regeneration pass that upscales 768P footage to 2K. If you need flexibility across resolutions, start here.
Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash is built for sound and editing. It generates 3–10 second clips complete with native audio, straight from a text prompt or image. Beyond generation, it can edit existing video clips, extend a scene, and interpolate between a first and last frame, outputting anywhere from 360p up to an upscaled 4K. Reach for this one when audio matters, or when you're building on footage you already have rather than starting from scratch.
The short version: H3 for reach and resolution, Omni 1.1 for audio and editing. Both are live in the model picker now.
One thing to flag: MiniMax models require a one-time China law acknowledgement before first use.
Go ahead and put them through their paces. If something doesn't come out the way you expected, let us know, and we'll dig in to figure out whether it's the model or a skill that needs tuning.
